As demand for semiconductors is rising globally, new production factories have been being built not only in Korea but also across countries around the world. Keeping up with this trend, we have analyzed logistics systems with taking OHT and stokers into account and built simulators specialized in semiconductor production systems by working together with Korean and Japanese companies that manage semiconductor facilities and their logistics.
It is difficult to change the layouts for semiconductor factories that are already built up. Therefore, we focused on logistics simulation for OHT that is easily modifiable at a reasonable cost and improved logistics efficiency successfully. We, Carlo, have ample knowhow and experiences based on developing semiconductor production and logistics simulators.
Display production systems are mainly composed of facilities, conveyers and stockers, and ports of facilities are linked to conveyers and shelves of stockers
For display production processes, various factors including sizes of products, logistics efficiency and cassette management must be taken into account, and for that, we have built our experiences from working with display companies home and abroad.
Demand for simulators for various purposes has been rising given new production factories are built up in countries like China, Vietnam etc., and Carlo have done lots of projects with many partners and developed simulators that are specialized in each production system.
Secondary batteries are used in electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and other applications, making them an industry with limitless future potential. Carlo has developed and provides the PINOKIO Editor and Simulator, which are specialized for modeling secondary battery fab.
The PINOKIO for battery Fab offer rapid modeling, simulation, and analysis capabilities, which are essential for the secondary battery industry, where line changes and expansions are frequent.
