ECU Quality Verification

We have experience in manufacturing equipment in order to verify quality of car ECU which acts like CPU in computers. The equipment plays a role in delivering a variety of simulated scenarios which can take place while cars driving and the process can be monitored. We have taken advantage of this experience for projects.

Owner of Automatic Optical

We own our own technologies that can meet customer needs by establishing automatic optical quality control systems using image processing technics, equipment controlling knowhow, and SI capability, which are built based on our long experience in automated inspection of 8 ㎛ level direct circuits. The automated optical inspection system that we provide is an integrated management solution which covers communication between the control board and linear/servo motor, vision cameras, and automated inspection algorithms. This allows speedy inspection of multiple parts through parallel GPU calculation.

Improvement of Efficiency of 3D Measuring Devices

Dental and medical areas produce prosthetic appliances by taking advantage of 3D printer and scanner technologies and advanced computers. 3D scanners often require improvement in velocity and algorithms so Carlo worked with tooth scanning companies and provided solutions Based on this experience, we developed our own scanning technologies that allow speedy computing and visualization and have a patent on it.
